toe jacks Hydraulic System in a Video: The toe jack in Action

How do you lift a 20-metric-ton machine without a crane? Our videos show GKS-PERFEKT’s hydraulic toe jacks in action: from attaching the forged safety bracket to controlled lifting and precise lowering of the load. You’ll see how quickly a toe jack can be positioned, how little ground clearance it requires, and how machines can then be moved using transport chassis.

The videos show this

The videos demonstrate the complete workflow for lifting heavy machinery: The “ toe jack ” is positioned with its lug under the load—depending on the model, 15 mm of ground clearance is sufficient. The machine is lifted evenly using the pump lever or an external hydraulic pump; the safety valve prevents any overload. To lower the load, the drain screw is opened—with such precise control that the load can be set down with pinpoint accuracy onto transport dollies or supports.

The Right Equipment for Every Lifting Task

The toe jacks shown here can handle loads ranging from 5 to 30 metric tons per unit—and significantly more when multiple lifters are used in combination with a synchronous pressure system. All toe jack have proven themselves worldwide for decades; they are robust and durable, and are 100% tested before shipment. You can find an overview of all models with technical specifications on the Hydraulic toe jacks page; we show you real-world application examples here.
