GKS-PERFEKT’s hydraulic toe jacks lift machines and heavy loads ranging from 5 to 30 metric tons—without a crane, without modifying the facility, and directly at the installation site. With their forged safety lugs, the toe jack can begin lifting with as little as 15 mm of ground clearance and raise the load in a controlled manner by up to 160 mm: enough to slide in transport trolleys or heavy-duty rollers and move the machine. Since the invention of the patented lug lifter in 1967, we have been manufacturing the original “Made in Germany” product—now available in four series for every application.

Toe jacks with external pump
The EX models are operated using a PV hand pump or a PE electric pump—the operator works at a distance from the load, even at hard-to-reach lifting points. With a synchronous pressure system, multiple units lift a machine with absolute uniformity.
