The toe jack V5
The GKS-PERFEKT V5 hydraulic toe jack lifts machines and heavy loads up to 5 metric tons —precisely, safely, and without a crane. Thanks to its built-in hand pump, the “ toe jack ” is ready for immediate use: simply operate the pump lever, lift the load, and you’re done. With a tongue height of just 15 mm, the V5 can even reach under machines resting flat on the ground; the lifting height is 140 mm. An integrated safety valve reliably prevents the device from being overloaded. Whether for moving machinery, assembly, or maintenance—the V5 is the proven all-rounder for workshops, manufacturing, and outdoor use. Every unit is 100% tested before shipment: the original “Made in Germany,” in use worldwide for decades.
Features of the V5
- Forged safety latch made of high-strength, heat-treated material—the high safety margin exceeds the requirements of the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Pins on the back for proper, secure attachment of the strap
- Load capacity can be doubled or multiplied by using multiple toe jacks —operable by a single person using the PV hand pump, PE electric pump, or Quadro synchronous pressure unit
- Identical load capacity on the head plate and the bracket: a full 5 metric tons at both attachment points
- Can be optionally upgraded with a PV hand pump or a PE electric pump
