The company was founded in 1950 by Georg Kramp in Stuttgart as a trading house for machine tools and precision tools. In 1967, Georg Kramp developed the first toe jack and patented it across Europe – marking the birth of the hydraulic lifting tool as it is used worldwide today. Since then, Georg Kramp GmbH & Co. KG has evolved into an internationally acclaimed manufacturer of machine jacks and transport systems: the original made in Germany.

Our product range covers the complete process of machinery relocation and heavy-duty transport: Hydraulic toe jacks lift machines up to 30 tons, transport dollies move loads up to 120 tons safely using the 3-point support system, rotation dollies rotate loads 360° on the spot, and the remote-controlled ROBOT transport systems transport up to 40 tons through narrow plant aisles – operated by a single person. Hydraulic pumps and the Quadro 60 synchronous pumping unit complete the system, allowing lifting equipment to be combined and operated synchronously.

Every device is manufactured in Germany, 100% tested before delivery, and complies with the highest safety standards – from the CE mark and DGUV Regulation 54 to ANSI/ASME for the US market.
